What type of cellulite do you have?

What type of cellulite do you have?

Medical aesthetics adapts its techniques to deal with and solve individualized cellulite problems

Cellulite is a problem that concerns or has concerned all women. If it was a simple problem we would all have dealt with it conventionally. In reality, however, it is a very complex issue which concerns at the same time the blood circulation, the microcirculation of the lymphatic fluids, the local fat stores, the retention and even the skin texture of the areas in question. At FLAWLESS, our plastic surgeons choose, depending on the type of problem, the appropriate meso-therapeutic cocktail of active substances, in combination with the latest generation machines.

But what are the different cellulite types?

Fibrous Cellulite:

In this case, we are not dealing with fat cells that have swollen from excess fat. These are normal fat cells that are trapped inside the skin. The fibrous tissue that surrounds them is disturbed by their presence, multiplies abnormally and hardens. What actually creates the corrugated surface is the fibers of the connective tissue. This is why when the weight increases, the problem decreases. As the fat cells swell they give a more uniform image to the hard connective tissue that hides under the skin. The treatments for fibrous cellulite do not target fat cells as much as the fibers that surround them.

Aim: to break the sclerosis and destroy the fibrous tissue which gives the orange peel image. The mere fact that we insert the needle into the middle layer of the skin means that we cause a rupture in these tissues.

Edematous Cellulite:

In areas that suffer from cellulite, fat cells swell which results in compressing the blood vessels and thus block microcirculation. Fluids that should normally circulate from organ to organ remain stagnant in the area of adipose tissue. Thus they create fluid retention, swelling and the problem of edematous cellulite.

Cause: our hormonal changes, which is why edematous cellulite appears more intensely before menstruation, when we take contraceptives or during pregnancy.

Nodular Cellulite:

Adipocytes tend to clump together into lobes which give the impression of small tumors within the skin. These formations are so compact that it is not possible for them to bleed properly and communicate with the rest of the body. In fact, they are so rigid that they even bother the nerve endings causing the feeling of pain.

Objective: to reduce the size of the beans, in this case we reduce the size of the fat cells to help the bean shrink and thus restore the local problems it creates

Treatment stages:

Mesotherapy cocktails aim at the heart of the problem. At the same time, however, the doctor also uses special devices that deal with the problems that coexist with cellulite, such as relaxation and fluid retention. The treatment protocol begins with four mesotherapy sessions, one week apart, followed by the weekly sessions alternate with radio frequencies. That is, one week of mesotherapy, one week of radio frequencies. In the third month these sessions are enriched with device applications. Thanks to these technologies, all the problems that afflict the abdomen, buttocks and thighs are corrected.
